"Last week I called to add our 16 year old daughter on our auto policy since she got her drivers license. Brian answered when I called, and he was able to assist me in adding her to the policy in just a couple minutes, and even advised the exact amount our premium charged per month. This week I purchased a new car and had to add it to our policy. I tried to use the app to do it myself, but the app was having issues that day. I called and spoke to April who took down all the info for the new car and said she would watch for the changes and add the vehicle if they didn’t show up by the next day.
