"Last week I called to add our 16 year old daughter on our auto policy since she got her drivers license. Brian answered when I called, and he was able to assist me in adding her to the policy in just a couple minutes, and even advised the exact amount our premium charged per month. This week I purchased a new car and had to add it to our policy. I tried to use the app to do it myself, but the app was having issues that day. I called and spoke to April who took down all the info for the new car and said she would watch for the changes and add the vehicle if they didn’t show up by the next day. Everything worked, but it’s great to have the peace of mind that Colleen and her office staff will take care of us when technology isn’t reliable 100% of the time!"

"Moving from Illinois to Missouri was a challenging time. What I didn't realize was the difference in insurance costs. I was very discouraged when seeking coverage. Colleen was wonderful to work with. From going to bat for me with State Farm to making sure she was able to talk to me directly (instead of texting) when I had messaged her asking about my policy renewal. She wanted to talk to me directly because it had gone down quite a bit and she wanted to share that news herself. She's been great. She's held my hand, explained & walked me through things that really confuse me. I couldn't ask for better service! I look forward to all interactions with her, and that is so rare with customer service today! Kudos!!!"
